山中塗　酎カップ 黒 目弾き

焼酎のお湯割りを飲みたくて作ったカップ。ガラスや陶磁器と違い、木製なので熱いものを入れても、ほんのり温かくなるだけで持って飲むことが出来ます。

木は熱を伝え難いので、冷たいものを入れた際には結露し辛いです。
握りやすい太さで、飲む際に鼻が当たらず上を向かなくても飲めるカタチです。

口当たりと持った時の感触の優しい「目弾き」仕上げです。

その他にも欅の木目がはっきりと楽しめる「拭漆」「神代風摺」と、口当たりと持った時の感触の優しい「目弾き」の２タイプを用意しましたので、よかったらそちらも一緒にお使いください。

This cup was made to drink shochu with hot water.
Unlike glass or ceramics, it is made of wood, so even if you put something hot in it, it will only get slightly warm to hold and drink.

Wood does not transfer heat easily, so it is hard for condensation to form when you put something cold in it.
The cup is thick enough to hold easily and has a shape that allows you to drink without having to look up without hitting your nose when drinking.

It has a gentle "eye-flick" finish that feels good in the mouth and when you hold it.

We also have two other types, "Wiping Urushi" and "Jindai-fusuri", in which you can clearly enjoy the grain of zelkova wood, and "Me-tamenuri", which is gentle to the mouth and to the touch when you hold it, so please use them together if you like.
